If you’ve tried talk therapy and still feel stuck, I offer a different kind of support. I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults in Tucson and across Arizona, in person and online. Using EMDR, somatic therapy, and ketamine-assisted therapy, I help people heal from trauma and move toward a life of greater connection and vitality. I especially welcome LGBTQIA+ adults, people with ADHD and autism, older adults, and people navigating PTSD, complex trauma, burnout, grief and loss, and issues related to sexuality and identity. I integrate mindfulness, relational therapy, and somatic work to support deep nervous system healing. My approach is grounded in a commitment to collaborative, affirming work that takes the whole person into account. I am trained in EMDR, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Psychedelic Therapist. If you’ve been struggling, I want you to know it’s not a personal failure. Much of our pain is shaped by collective trauma and the systems we live in. Naming those wounds can be a powerful part of healing. I believe joy, connection, and play are vital to our work, helping us create more liberated futures for ourselves and our communities.
